Yet Another "Experimental Explosion" Took Place Offshore Florida Reading 3.9 On The Richter Scale, Where June Explosion Also Came In At 3.9 Richters And Was FOLLOWED 2 Days Later By "Surfside Condominium Collapse" At Nearby Miami, There!!!!!

With regards to yesterdays "Explosion" at offshore Florida, it did REGISTER at 3.9 Earthquake!!!  Here's the USGS Report for that one:

OF COURSE it won't normally indicate ANOTHER such building collapse event about to happen, but personally i would NOT continue to blast off such explosions in the wake of the last building collapse and as rescue workers most likely still at the site, there!!!!!
